In the future, you can obtain answers to these kinds of questions over the Internet with ease. The Statistics Korea will begin services called “Homo Statisticus“. By using statistical data concerning daily lives, the general public get an idea of who they are. If you input your personal information such as age, height, weight and marital status, you will see various statistics on average Koreans of your age group (their physical characteristics and thought). For example, a single female in the thirties will have an idea of how taller she is compared to her age group or what diseases she is susceptible to. For another example, you will get an answer to a question, "What do elementary school students do after school?" A total of 350 statistical tables in 6 areas (Education, leisure, economy, etc.) are shown. From June 15th, this Internet service will be provided to the public. Please visit the following website.
