Buckingham East, Unit 2 Replat of Lot 25 • Plat was approved by BoCC and the plat recorded on August 29, 1973. • Purpose of the replat is to change a portion of the front setback from 25 feet to 20 feet, the south side interior setback from 40 feet to 12.5 feet, and the west interior setback from 12.5 feet to 20 feet due to an existing encroachment of the principal structure because of the orientation of the home. • Number of lots will not increase.
