Kiwis Have To Fire In Unison To Win Against England, Says Parthiv Patel New Zealand will have to put up great show as a team to win against a strong team like England, says former Team India wicketkeeper- batsman Parthiv Patel. The experienced player also added that New Zealand has a number of star players on the side but they have to fire as a unit to beat England whereas individual performances alone won’t work now as well. I think, yes, all the teams have their superstars, but they (The Kiwis) know their limitations, they know if someone’s capable of scoring 40 or 50 in a limited time and get 100% out of each player.” “If you look at their names – no one would be scared of Kane Williamson alone, no one will be scared of Tom Latham alone or all their fast bowlers. Their ability to perform together. I think that’s so important; as far as New Zealand’s performance is concerned in ICC trophies,” Parthiv Patel again shared. It is also noteworthy that, England is playing against New Zealand in a two-match Test series where the first Test has already started in Lord’s and the second one will be played before New Zealand will play the inaugural World Test Championship (WTC) final against India in Southampton from June 18 as well. On the other hand, India will play a five-match Test series against England after the much-awaited summit clash.

He said: “There’s no getting away from that. We’ve said for a long time now we’re planning towards that series. As an English fan, as an English player, it is such an iconic series and one that holds so much weight. You talk about readying a side — winning seven Test matches before going to Australia is the best way of doing that, filling the side with confidence.” Follow Cricadium Stats, Latest Cricket News, Live Cricket Score, Fantasy Tips and Today Match Prediction Stay updated Indian Cricket Teamwith all the cricketing roster, records, history & action.
