  1. BRIEF Sense International, the leading organization working for deafblind people and their families, needs to develop a younger audience and supporter base for our communication channels, directing supporters to the website and social media channels for fundraising. ISSUE There’s not enough common knowledge of deafblind people and how to help.

  2. TARGET Young people ages 18-25 in the UK and the countries in which we work. University students and recent graduates interested in international development. INSIGHT I would like to help charity associations, but I don’t have enough time or money.

  3. IDEA We’re going to develop a public gaming challenge with Arcade Machines in universities and commercial centers, with a special game with difficulty levels such as darkening the screen and lowering the sound to make people aware of the importance of their natural senses. Just like a normal machine you got to pay for play. You can pay with money (coins) or social media currency, login in to your Facebook or Twitter account and help us spread the word about Epic Sensaid, with our tagline: Supporting deafblind people to live, learn and thrive. Supporting deafblind people to live, learn and thrive

  4. Senseaid Sense = Organization Aid = Help EpicSenseaid also is a phonetic title for the game, because it sounds like Sensei, which is the protagonist that will teach, guide and tell the audience all about deafblind while they’re playing.

  5. Gaming • Epic Senseaid (Sensei) will guide the player through the levels of the game. • The player will start the game with two senses: view and hearing, but with every level that the player pass it’ll be harder to use those senses. • The player will get through moments where the game can’t be seen (just heard) and he’ll try to get to the level just with sound clues. • And others where the player will only see the screen but he’ll not know where the obstacles are coming. • This will help the player to understand the importance of the senses and how people live without both of them.
