  6. Reverse Logistics – Return, Recycle, Recoup • What a waste. • Nisa stores achieved a £600,000 reduction in landfill tax in 2012 and saved 15,300t of carbon. It also created a revenue of £800,000 from selling recycled material • Any increase in recycling is important. Waitrose backhauls all waste materials to its Regional Distribution Centres. • DHL collects items ranging from mushroom crates to cardboard boxes from JD Weatherspoon pubs. In 2012 8,000t was recycled
