  3. PROCESS  Sit in any comfortable posture.  Hands should be clasped.  Legs should be crossed.  Eyes should be closed.

  4.  Then an energy circuit is formed around us which increases the stability in our posture.

  5.  Now start observing your natural breath that is both inhale and exhale processes.

  6. When you start observing breath, so many thoughts may surround your mind. • The bubbles are nothing but the thoughts of your mind.

  7. The thoughts are the only obstacles to the inflow of cosmic energy.

  8. After some days of practicing meditation the density of thoughts become less and the breath becomes thinner and shorter.

  9. Finally the breath settles down in between the two eyes as a small spot of light. • This state is known as meditation state or thought less state,at this state there will not be any thought. • This is the peaceful state of your mind and you can get maximum inflow of cosmic energy at this state.

  10.  Whenever we enter into the thoughtless state abundant cosmic energy floods into our physical body through brahmarandra.

  11. In pyramid the cosmic energy is maximum in the kings chamber,which is built in the pyramid and it is built at one third height from base to apex of pyramid.

  12. BENEFITS Meditation increases memory power,concentration. Self healing Interpersonal relationships will become good. Awareness about life will be created. Purpose of life will be better understood. Work efficiency will be increased. Mind will be always in peaceful , relaxed and joyful state.
