Campaign Statement Due Dates for PAC’s • A Pre-Election Campaign Statement is required 11 days before any “election” in which the committee participates (closes 16 days before the election). • A Post-Election Campaign Statement is required 30 days after any “election” in which the committee participates (closes 20 days after the election). • An Annual Campaign Statement is required each year on January 31 (closes on December 31). The Annual Campaign Statement is required even if the committee does not have any receipts or expenditures to disclose for the period covered by the Statement. • The Annual Campaign Statement is waived if the committee files a Post-General Campaign Statement during the month of December or if the committee has a valid reporting waiver.

LATE CONTRIBUTION REPORTSMCL 169.232 Candidate Committees All Other MCFA Committee Types If committee participates in Election (contributes to candidate or issue on ballot) Must report within 48 hours contributions from the same contributor with a cumulative total of $2500.00 received after closing date of last campaign statement required to be filed before an election. Must also report on subsequent statement • Must report within 48 hours a contribution with a cumulative total of $500.00 or more from the same contributor between the 15th and 3rd day before an election • Must also report on subsequent campaign statement
