  1. Cavendish Group International is delighted to produce Marine Engineering and Offshore Technology, an official journal for the Chinese Marine, Maritime and Offshore sector. China is the world’s fastest growing oil consumer and is now the number two global user of petroleum, accounting for one third of the growth in worldwide oil consumption. In the past 3 years, China has accounted for more than 90% of world bulk cargo sea transportation with forecasts for 2006-2010 showing China’s demand for new shipping to be 31 million DWT. All these factors present a favourable environment for the maritime and offshore industries to grow both domestically and internationally, and Marine Engineering and Offshore Technology will provide the perfect compliment for any company looking to take advantage of the enormous business opportunities in these extremely buoyant sectors Exclusive Publishing License Marine Engineering and Offshore Technology is the only journal in it’s field legally sending information into China.
