Coordination locale • OBJECTIFS : coordonner un nombre croissant de bibliothèques sans diminuer la qualité des prestations et en contrôlant les coûts • POSSIBLE CAR : • passage à Virtua Consortium apportant une simplification de l’architecture RERO • nombreuses bib. déjà informatisées - > rythme plus faible de nouvelles informatisations • maintien du nombre d’EPT (6 à 6.5) pour ne pas augmenter les coûts • gestion ponctuelle en cas de projets importants Gabrielle von Roten

Réorganisation • intégrer le groupe « fonctions locales » dans l’organisation générale coordination Virtua • rapprocher coordinations prêt et PEB pour travailler sans barrière de logiciels (Virtua-ILL-RERO) • renforcer la coordination du prêt • renforcer la coordination de l’OPAC • recentrer la coordination du bulletinage et des acquisitions • répartir la coordination matières entre UniGE et VilleGE Gabrielle von Roten

  6. Réorganisation • Changements : • Gabrielle Segev et Maminata Lingani-Jousson sont co-équipières pour le prêt et le PEB • Marina Chalier remplace MLJ pour la coord. ATC • Gabrielle von Roten remplace Michèle Furer-Benedetti pour les fonctions locales • Tiziana Turchi reprend la coord. OPAC avec l’appui de Benoît Maurice pour les aspects techniques • Anne Pasquier Husodo remplace Melina Schuttel Beuchat pour la coord. des acquisitions • Benoît Maurice remplace APH pour la coord. du site web • Frédéric Walther transfère une partie de l’indexation matières à la BGE Gabrielle von Roten
