The unemployment among graduates is considered one of the most popular issues of all times.

Many efforts have been made to ensure that employment statistic can be reduce over the time.

One of the ways that can be made is to established the soft skills among the students

  • Shows the rate of job demands have begun to decline.

  • They are not looked on the examination results of graduates, but they are looking for graduates soft skills.

  • As said by the journal Employers in industries such as retail and hospitality increasingly demand so-called soft skills, concerned with emotional and aesthetic labour (Bambacas and Patricson, 2009).

  • The communication abilities of leadership teams are recognised as important in driving engagement (Popovich & Wanous, 1982).

  • Kilkelly (2011), who studied in this course, reported that the communication has been identified as an underlying factor associated with employee engagement

The highest percentage employer’s real demand for hiring the worker is a graduates that are educated with all or most of the right skills for the job market which is 75% ., 25% of employers agree that graduates that are educated with some of the skills for the job market, not even one employer agrees that graduates which are not educated with the right skills for the job market is suitable to hiring them.

The main causes which contributes to the problem of graduates’ unemployment

The column chart above describes the main causes that contribute to the problem of graduates’ unemployment. Most of the respondents totally agree that, bad performance in interviews is the main cause contributes to the problem of graduates’ unemployment.


The graph shows the suggestions and recommendations for graduates to enhance communication skills among students. The respondents are strongly agreed thatengaging in presentations can built their communication skills.
