  1. Atlan’s Client Services Representative (CSR) Role The Foundation On Which ClubAtlan Relationships Are Built …And A Great Job For Those Who Want It!

  2. The Role Of A CSR • The CSR is the first person a ClubAtlan member will meet in our organization after they have chosen to become a member with an Atlan Associate. • The CSR contacts the new member in their community and makes an appointment to come to the members home.

  3. The CSR Appointment • This first key appointment that a CSR sets with a new ClubAtlan member is to accomplish three things: • To document all of the equipment and systems in a members home. • To analyze the condition and needs of this home’s equipment and systems, and set an action plan. • To build relationship with the ClubAtlan member, deliver inform- ation, and answer any questions they may have.

  4. The Member Property Form • The information gathered by the CSR at a ClubAtlan members home is collected onto and into the Member Property Form. • This information needs to be placed into the Atlan database for reference by future technicians, and can be typed in directly through the Atlan Office portal while onsite at the members home or office if an internet connection is available. • Alternately, it can be written down on the downloadable Member Property Blank form, and then entered into the portal when you get back to your home or office.

  5. Working With A Partner Or Assistant • The CSR is responsible for their own reports, and their accuracy, and are the key contact for the ClubAtlan member. • However, because of the nature of the work involved, it is often done much faster and more easily with a second person. • You may choose to hire an assistant and pay them out of your earnings in whatever fashion you both agree on, or find a Partner with which to do this work and split the earnings however you agree.

  6. Dispatching CSR Reports • CSR reports are dispatched to qualified and registered CSR’s based on a number of criterion including geographical proximity to ClubAtlan member, feedback reports from members, and CSR’s indicated availability. • Once dispatched by email usually, or phone in rare cases, the CSR has 48 hours in which to make an appointment with the ClubAtlan member, and a week thereafter in which to complete the reporting into the Atlan data portal. • Good time service in every aspect is considered essential.

  7. Getting Paid • Once the Member Property report has been input into the Atlan data portal through Atlan Office, you can request payment for this report. • You will also request payment through the Atlan Office portal. The current payment rate is $ 45.00 for a completed report. • Before payment is finalized, an email is sent to the ClubAtlan member requesting feedback on your visit wherein they will rate your performance on a number of criteria. If we have not heard back from them within a few days, a phone call will be made to complete this feedback. • Once the feedback is logged, it will be reported back to you, and your payment will be authorized for distribution with the next payment run (weekly, or more often).

  8. Getting Questions Answered • One of the largest challenges for a new CSR is how to answer ClubAtlan member questions. • The key is to let the member know that you are new, and do not yet know the answer, but will be pleased to find out and get back to them. • Begin with the FAQ’s in the Atlan University section of the website. • If the answer is not listed, send in an information request in the FAQ section, so that once the answer is made clear, it can also be added to the FAQ section for future reference by all CSR’s, Associates, and staff.

  9. Getting Started • To become a CSR, you will need to first be registered as an Atlan Associate. • You will then need to earn at least 12 points including having one indirect Associate in your downline. The point values are outlined on the Atlan Associates page. • These are simply: • 4 points for each Direct Associate to you (150 Relationship) • 3 Points for an Associate below your Associate (220 Relationship), • 2 points for an Associate two levels below you (312 Relationship), and for each ClubAtlan membership direct to you. • 1 point for every other Associate level in your downline, and/or member in your downline. • You may then apply to become a CSR. • The cost to register and maintain as a CSR is $ 15. per quarter (every three months).
