  1. Introduction To Thai cuisines While most people think of Thai food as somewhat consistent, it is anything but not uniform! Due to several factors like weather and culture, various regions of Thailand have different types of food!

  2. NORTHERN THAILAND   The food in this province is the outcome of a wonderfully diverse melting pot of several other cultures and ethnicities.

  3. PIVOTAL DISH: KHAO SOI  Khao soi is a deliciously creamy coconut curry noodle soup motivated by Burmese food and is typically served with chicken, beef, pork, or vegetables.

  4. NORTHEASTERN THAILAND  Northeastern Thailand has been a reasonably isolated section of the country recently. The essential herb of the region is unique, like plaaraa, which is a dense, rich, unfiltered flavor of fermented fish.

  5. CENTRAL THAILAND While the food here is spicy because of the fresh chilies, it is nowhere near as fierce as Southern or Northeastern food.

  6. SOUTHERN THAILAND   This is the cuisine that most non-Thai people imagine when they imagine Thai food they have once eaten – both quite spicy and quite creamy, gratitude to the goodness of coconuts.
