  10. What do I do? • direct the degree programme – head of department • make sure your programme is ok - e.g. the academic structure is ok overall • liaise with departments • try to sort out timetable problems

  12. Personal tutor • in one of your departments • who? – student portal and on pink form • will stay with you throughout your time here

  13. Personal tutor • a listening ear • see tutor at beginning and end of each term – at least • don’t suffer in silence!
