  8. How have you integrated your community advisor into your improvement work? • By inviting our meetings and asking advise and pt educations.

  9. Successes & Challenges • Overall pts completed colorectal screening first quarter 74 % and pts of color was 58 .6 % with 15.4 % disparity. • Reached initial goal for pt of color to increase 10 % , but disparity still high? • Second FIT testing challenges • We increased completion of colorectal screening also in our white pt. • Transportation/language and cultural barriers and prep.
