  2. Directions • Using your best handwriting, please write the two sentences on the next slide into your Language spiral notebook. • Watch out! There are errors in the sentences that need to be corrected. Write each sentence correctly into your notebook. • Keep this spiral to study for the test over these sentences that will be on Friday.

  3. Day 1 • “Someday,” admitts aunt Fara, “i’d like to see the hot spots of the world. • She say, “I want too visit every geyser and hot springs.”

  4. Corrected Sentences Day 1 • “Someday,” admits Aunt Fara, “I’d like to see the hot spots of the world.” • She says, “I want to visit every geyser and hot springs.”

  5. Day 2 • My teacher said, “in some place the earth is much hot than in others.” • “A geyser beginns near such a place,” he told we last april.

  6. Corrected Sentences Day 2 • My teacher said, “In some places the earth is much hotter than in others.” • “A geyser begins near such a place,” he told us last April.

  7. Day 3 • Then I said a geyser expells the steam and hot water.” • “Into the air the geyser erupt ,” said aunt fara.
