Vocabulary/Properties • Adjacent angles: share a common vertex and side and don’t overlap • Linear Pair: 2 adjacent angles that together form a straight line • All right angles are congruent • If 2 angles are supplementary to the same angle, then they are congruent • If 2 angles are complementary to the same angle, then they are congruent

  3. Vocabulary/Properties • If 2 angles form a linear pair, they are supplementary. (Linear Pair Postulate) • Vertical angles are congruent. • Opposite angles when you have intersecting lines
