Employment Pipeline: • The Employment Pipeline is an employment and training program administered by the Community Services Division of ESA which is offered in several areas throughout Washington state. • Program navigators work to maximize and leverage DSHS benefits that participants are eligible for, such as: referrals to he local workforce development system, and other local services and supports that participants may need in order to be ready to get and keep a job. • After a participant becomes employed, Navigators provide job retention services for one year. This support and retention service is a unique feature of the program.

Child Care Subsidy Program: Contact Center 1-844-626-8687 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – to 5 p.m. • Department of Children, Youth, and Families sets the policy and determines eligibility for Working Connections Child Care and Seasonal Child Care • Pays child care subsidies to eligible households • Parent(s) must be working or participating in a DSHS-approved work activity • Can help pay for child care centers, family child care homes, relative caregivers and adults who come to your home to provide care
