It is scientific solution that helps a child to learn functional, intentional communication via augmentative and alternative communication tools. Here, the educator studies the behaviour of the child and uses that tools that suit his/her personality.

  3. The pictures are used to establish new thought system in the mind of the child. Hence, the child procure new techniques that pave the way to express his ideas and needs. It is a crucial beneficiary aspect in making a child independent in relation to his wants and needs.

  4. The trainers teach children how to use pictures to approach another person. After few classes on PECS, the child learn to show the picture of his desired items and convey their feelings with more clarity. The children with autism spectrum disorder suffers from excessive deficits in expressing their emotions and social communication with guests. PECS is a kind of speech language pathologist that teach you how to convey your feelings via your hand and body signals. This accomplishment flourish them to join next queue of improvement.
