  2. Honorarverträge • Vertragsstruktur ist bei allen im Kern gleich: • Grundlohnsumme komplett • Psychotherapie Nachzahlung seit 2000 • Feste Sockelerhöhung Psychotherapie • Topf amb. Operieren zweckgebunden

  3. Honorarverträge • Zu 1. Grundlohnsumme komplett: • Es sind 0.83 % aufs Gesamthonorar, auch für jeden FA.

  4. Honorarverträge • Zu 2. Nachzahlung Psychotherapie bedeutet: • Ca. 20 Millionen € in den FA Topf • Bei 13250 Ärzten minus HA (5387) = 7863 Nutznießer • 20 Mio durch 7863 = 2534 pro Arzt und Jahr • Entspricht 634 Euro im Quartal pro Arzt

  5. Honorarverträge • Zu 3. fester Sockel Psychotherapie erhöht, bedeutet: • Ca. 3.6 Mio € • Im Quartal 900 000€ • Pro Arzt (durch 7863) = 115 € im Quartal

  6. Honorarverträge • Zu 4. Förderung Sondertopf ambulantes Operieren: • Topf enthält 4,6 Mio € für 1 Jahr • Es gibt 1530 amb. Operateure und 207 Anaesthesisten • Ergibt 299 € pro Arzt im Jahr, bzw. 75 € im Quartal • Oder bei 225 000 OP‘s ca 20 € pro OP • Bzw. bessere Förderung einiger weniger OP‘s
