One of the big immigrations started in 1840 and 1930 roughly 900,000 French speaking Canadians moved to the us This important immigration which had now been largely forgotten in Quebec's history. While similar patterns of immigration affected English speaking Canada to important points needed to establish The first one is they are costs associated to immigration this costs are economical emotional and cultural.

Where Canadians settle in the us • Canadian immigrants settle mostly in the northeastern part of the country usually in big towns and cities they move for economical reasons and family since the minimal pay is very low and seek for better pay checks American laws don’t permit Canadians to operate investment and business there while canadian laws due permit these to move away.

  4. How do they live in the states • The canadians enter the states with normal amount of money and go in search of jobs, life quality and even shops since taxes are lower

How do they affect American culture ?? • Canadians themselves play a large role in the US entertainment industry as leading actors, actresses, writers, directors, producers, technical crews, as well as providing film locations (though rarely if ever will the setting be Canadian). some artists like Jim Carrey and Michael bubble had change the way Americans sing and act.
