To meet a local need - our solution to a problem!

To promote safe practice – minimise risk

Encouraging creative thinking in care planning and delivery

Support a person-centred care (Person first – Dementia second!)

A comprehensive ‘A-Z’ of life story work – A one stop shop!

Supporting the knowledge and evidence base of staff utilising the toolkit

To engage and inspire, provide training and support the development of life story work

A DVD ROM (learning resources, video clips and documentation)

An e-learning guide ‘developing electronic journals’
