  2. Purpose • Taking last weeks do 1 to the next level • Duration and completion • Planned expenses • To be able to know more systems, I used Merlin

  4. Schedule explanation • ?- indicates this is an estimation and not net completed • Only A-C have been completed • The total duration is 65 days

  5. Critical Path • The critical Path is • A-B-D-E-F-H • Before work started C was on the critical path in the place of A • A’s work took 4 weeks (not 2) • C’s work took 3 weeks (as expected)

  7. Performance • Total expected duration is 17 weeks • 2 weeks behind schedule • A took 1 week longer than C • B took 1 week longer • Expected duration for activities D-H is 11 weeks

  8. introspection • The critical path can be altered from the duration projection to what the actual completed time • It is important to use Project Management to keep track of any changes • This was the first time we also planned ahead with money
