  1. Developing our idea  Music video prep

  2. What will make up the video?? • We have two aspects to the music video. The first being the girls' bedroom, the video will start off with a girl in her empty plain bedroom fantacising about this 'poster girl' who she is obsessed with. This poster girl will be represented through the use of. A mannequin. Then as the song goes on and the obsession grows the room will start to fill up with pictures and posters of this girl and keep going eventually till the whole room is covered. • The second part would transition by the girl falling onto her bed and as she hits the pillow it will cut to her falling to the floor of flowers in set 2, this is a dreamland, basically her imagination where she will perform the song and explore this beautiful place as her own reality.

  3. Set 1 • Set one is a bedroom, starts of empty and plain much like an asylum. We will need loads of posters of the poster girl, very simple but effective. • We think that keeping the posters all the same the message will be portrayed better.  • Our main message is that social media is not real, so many young girls are growing up  thinking that what they see online is real and obsess over looking a certain way or looking like the 'poster girls' of our time. Therefor using the same picture and having that repetition really highlights that message.

  4. Set 2  • Our second set is far more complicated however do able. We want to create a dream land like atmosphere. We want the audience to feel as if they are inside the head of out singer and seeing what her fantasies are. In this world her and the poster girl are together once again not only being visually beautiful and conceptual but also stringing the LGBTQ+ community and highlighting that its perfectly fine to love anyone, as in out video the singer is in love with another female (the poster girl).
