  1. Discover the Value of Connecting as a Dynamics NAV User Group (NAVUG) Member Welcome! Trish Boccuti, Program Director, NAVUG

  2. Value "Owning Dynamics is better when you are part of a community. The user group helps us to learn through the mistakes of others, and we can help others who can learn and grow from our examples." Mike Ball Applications Analyst The J. R. Simplot Company

  3. User Groups? Communities? • Problems: • Use portion of your Dynamics NAV system • Issues with which only consultants can help • Solution: Networking with a community • Peer to Peer Networking helps you discover avenues for overcoming problems.  • A community can save you real $$ - by avoiding consulting hours, Microsoft trouble tickets, or avoiding the wrong add-on or ISV.

  4. So who is NAVUG?

  5. In The Beginning… • Officially recognized by Microsoft as the NAV User Group • The largest, independent user group for users of Microsoft Dynamics NAV • Over 500 companies • Both Customer and Partner members • Some using NAV since 1999!

  6. NAVUG Is: • A forum for learning and networking, focused on helping each member be more productive and efficient • A source for unbiased, first-hand “real-world” information • An advocate for member needs and priorities • A collective voice to Microsoft as well as Partners and Vendors • Programs and resources, peer-to-peer networking, sharing of solutions and best practices
