  2. Face lift • This operation, also known as a rhytidoplasty, is one of the most commonly requested procedures of the head and neck. • Often, the operation is performed to correct the slackened skin from years of exposure to the sun, the excess skin after a significant loss of weight, and the skin folds leading to jowels of the jawline.

  3. Rhytidoplasty • The facelift is achieved by the surgical removal of excess skin and fatty tissue, through incisions in the hairline of the temples, around the ears, and back to the hairline behind the ears. • In addition, this procedure reshapes the face and neck by the tightening of the supporting tissues of the face and the muscles of the neck under the skin

  7. 12. Rhinoplasty • The rhinoplasty is performed through surgical incisions along the lining inside the nose. • In addition, a small incision may be added along the surface of the skin, under the nose between the nostrils, to reshape the tip of the nose under direct vision. • After completing the operation, a splint is applied to the outer surface of the nose for about one week to support the bones and cartilages while they are healing.
