Given that all research projects selected should be"problem oriented" and "policy relevant": Announce the problems to be tackled: the project's rationale Define clear EU policy questions based on your scientific objectives by anticipating key messages to which you will provide answers Establish target audiences: To whom the project may concern Fromthestartoftheproject:
