  2. Site Ranking I gave this site 3-starts because, while it was a good experience, I feel the lack of organization and communication at this site lead to a lack of efficiency. Thus resulted in lots of unanswered questions and a lack of a clear direction on various tasks. A lot of the times, the lack of organizationat this site resulted in a lot of miscommunication and mistakes.

  4. Words of Wisdom Always do your best at whatever task you are handed because you never know when you will be asked to perform that same job again. Also, take the initiative on any task that might be presented to you and do not be afraid to make mistakes.

  5. List of Internship Objectives Increase the Bombers brand around the Bryan/College Station area. Organize “Little League Game of the Week” and use it primarily as a way to spread the word about the Bombers to the parents. Work on and try and implement more of “Game Tonight” marketing. Scheduling and attending Bombers community appearances. Captain “World Record Theme Night” at the ballpark. Captain Opening Day at the ballpark also.

  6. Summary of Daily Activities My daily activities consisted of continuously working on sponsorship fulfillments with the sponsors that I was put in charge of as well as consistently working on the 10 theme nights that I was put in charge of developing, organizing, and implementing. When given others tasks to also do on a particular day we will usually have a morning meeting to go over all of the tasks that need to be accomplished and then an afternoon meeting to check-in and see where everyone is at. Also, I usually have to go down to the ballpark about 2 or 3 times a week and do various tasks over there.

  7. Project Description The project that I was put in charge of doing with the Bombers main goal consisted of increasing the Bombers brand awareness in the Bryan/College Station area. The main project was that I was given 10 home game theme nights that I was in charge of designing, organizing, and implementing. The goal of these theme nights is to make the game more enjoyable so fans would like to potentially come back for another game.
