  2. A Brief about Our Client Our client is one of the leading UK insurance companies offering policies directly and through brokers across life, pension, home, vehicle, and business insurance domains.

  3. Project Background & Challenges Faced The client was dealing with multiple heterogeneous databases, struggling in the following areas. Merging multiple databases to form a consolidated database Entering data of nearly 130,000 new customers and accounts into the CRM Cleansing 3M+ entries Fixing duplicate entries resulting from multiple sources or merging databases Adding metadata, profiling, and segmenting the accounts to provide better customer insight to the client SunTec India stepped in as a strategic partner to address these issues and optimize their data management processes.

  4. SunTec India's Approach to This Project We allotted 20 data professionals divided into teams of data cleansing experts, quality experts, and data entry specialists. Our focus was to clean up the data in fewer days, so we came up with the following solutions. Data Deduplication: We identified and deleted duplicate entries from the CRM database using deduplication techniques. Data Standardization: The data was structured in a single format. Our team fixed casing issues, typos, and incorrect abbreviations. Data Appending: We appended missing, incorrect, and obsolete data to ensure CRM data completeness. Data Validation: Our data quality experts checked and validated dynamic data like email and phone numbers, ensuring accuracy. Consolidated Database: Merging multiple CRM databases to form a consolidated database.

Data Entry and Segmentation Solution CRM Data Entry Our data entry experts accurately captured and entered 130,000 new customer records into the CRM, ensuring all vital details were included, from basic info to comprehensive insurance policy specifics. CRM Data Segmentation and Profiling We skillfully segmented and created customer profiles using metadata and information identifying customer groups based on preferences and behavior.

The Humans-in-the-Loop Approach Apart from our automated processes, we implemented a humans-in-the- loop approach, using automated tools with human intervention to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Our team cleansed, enriched, and validated the existing data and entered and segmented new customer data in the database.
