3. Overview Keycode License Generation Process Partner KRS Avaya Place Keycode License Order Avaya Order Mgm’t System sends a Non-stock PO To KRS for the Software Licenses Ordered. Customer access’s KRS and generates License and retrieves. • Partner places Keycode License order with Avaya • Avaya OM enters order into SAP OM system. • SAP sends non stock PO of licenses to KRS. • Customer logs into KRS and initially register’s their system. • Customer selects to generate keycode. • Customer selects licenses/features from Purchase order and generates keycode. • KRS generates license, saves results to db and displays license to customer • Customer downloads license’s and applies to product.

Accessing the KRS instance of Mobile Communication 3100 Series • Go to eBusiness Tools Landing Page (see previous slide) • Enter your SSO user ID and password as requested • Select ‘Licenses” then select ”KRS” • Select product family • “Mobile Communication 3100 Series” from the list box. TIP : After a product family has been selected, to change product families, click <Keycode Retrieval> to return to this page

6. Retrieving a Keycode License Once you access KRS the default page is Retrieve Keycode. To retrieve your Keycode License Enter either the Customer PO# or the Order # into one of the query fields and click on Search.

7. Retrieving a Keycode License cont. KRS will then take you to the Retrieve and download page, and display your keycode licenses for you. In the Product List dropdown Box you can select which keycode license you wish to view and download. You must select and download each license.

8. Retrieving a Keycode License cont. As you scroll to the bottom of the page you will find the download Keycode button. Clicking on it will take you through the steps of saving the license to your desktop.

9. Retrieving a Keycode License cont. After clicking on Download Keycode, your File download dialog box will appear, click on Save and then your Save As dialog box will appear, click on save again. At this point you can change the file name if you desire.

10. Retrieving Keycode History To see and retrieve selected keycode licenses that have been produced over time for your system. Select Retrieve Custom from the sidebar. Search for your systems history by identifying either the Customer PO#, the Sales Order #, or the assigned System/Product ID and click on Search.

11. Retrieving Keycode History Once KRS finds your system select continue. Note the KRS supports wildcard searches. You will be presented with each keycode license produced displayed by date, customer PO#, Order #, and Product name. By clicking in the check box you can choose which keycodes you wish to retrieve. When finished click on Retrieve Keycode(s).
