  2. Overview In this training we will concentrate on recipes • Where to find them • What they contain • How to change the number of servings • How to print the recipes

  3. Purpose and Benefits With NNC sites transitioning to Prep, this training will provide you with the knowledge and understanding the recipes • Every schools will be consistent in preparing the recipe • To assist new prep managers how to prepare • How to read the recipe • Reducing costs and waste

  4. Goal By the end of this presentation you should be able to: • Find the recipes in CMS • How to change yield size • Understand how to read recipe • Know how to print the recipes

  5. Go to Reports > Menu Planner > Click GO!

  6. Next we want to choose “Recipe Production”option. Then click GO

  7. “Sort”by the “Recipe Number or Recipe Name”and Select “Individual Selection” click …

  8. “Deselect”all previous recipes by clicking in box Click on the “Description”box to sort alphabetically

  9. Select the recipe, “Chefs Salad”, change the “Yield”to amount of servings needed,and click “OK”

  10. Select “Preview and Print”

  11. There is your “Recipe”

  12. So what have we learned? We’ve learned how to: • Find our recipes • Change the yield amount of servings needed • How to print the recipe • Reading the recipe
