3. School Workforce CensusAre you Prepared? Have you issued Fair Processing Notices to Staff? Have you entered? • All Current or Regular Supply Staff (i.e. in school at least once every 4 weeks) with contracts. • Supply Teachers: Agency teachers create Service Agreements

4. Personnel 7 & SWC Absences Absences for Teachers and Teaching Assistants Absences recorded from January 2009. • Absences for Training • Other Absences e.g. sick, authorised absence We recommend that you enter absences for all staff so that you can create accurate reports for school use.

5. Qualifications Qualifications for Teachers and teaching Assistants NVQ Level 4 and above Teachers’ qualifications can be obtained from the General Teaching Council Website. If Lookups are imported following the December upgrade you will find new lookups in the qualifications area more suitable for school staff.
