The following screen shots and instructions are your guide for using the PayFlex web portal for enrolling in the DePaul University Transportation Program and ordering your transit products such as:
Go to www.mypayflex.com to access PayFlex web portal.
First time users click “Register my account” otherwise enter “Username” and “Password” to continue.
If you are a first-time user on the PayFlex website:
Click on “Parking & Transit Orders”
Click on “Transit Order”
From the drop down menu select “Chicago” as your “Greater Metropolitan Area”
From the drop down menu select “CTA – Chicago Card Plus” as your “Provider”
Read the Provided Description and select your “Product Name”
This example is for “Chicago Card Plus 30-Day Pass”
Select “No, I need a card” or “Yes, I have a card”
If you have a card, enter your card’s serial number and PIN. Otherwise, a new card will be sent to you and the CTA fee of $5 will be added to your order. Enter a 4 character alpha/numeric PIN for your new card.
You will be asked to confirm your address and email address; provide your phone number for the CTA; and check the box to certify that you accept the indicated terms and conditions.
If you want your order to automatically reoccur each month, select “Yes”
If yes, set your reoccurring options here. You can indicate the months you want to receive your order up to 12 months in advance
When complete, click on the “Purchase”
After clicking purchase, your order confirmation will show. You can review your transit order here. Select “Return to Home” to make changes. You may order more than one product such as a CTA card and METRA tickets. You will also see your pre and post-tax payroll deductions.
