  3. District Resources • On-line Catalogue: • Search for resources by key word, title, subject, author • Media Center: • Glenna @ ext 5129 • Webmax (user ID and PW from media center) • http://webmax.thompson.k12.co.us/webmax/loginng.html School: PD resources available in your Media Center

Online Patron Catalogue • Thompson homepage>search>Webmax> open link– this takes you to the Media and Technology Integration page. >Online Patron Catalog – use this to find resources district wide, or at your school Explore: reference materials available: Check one of the databases on this page.

  5. Books available You try…search by *KEY WORD: apple *SUBJECT: Civil Rights *TITLE *AUTHOR Name three things the result will display: * * *

  6. Using the Left side bar… Search: HOT TITLES: ex: Newberry> Walk Two Moons What materials are available? • Open Catalog Home>search by school

  7. Procedure… • Click the box for the item you want to get a printout of the item you want. Take your list to the media specialist at your school and they can order it for you.

  8. Practice / Application • Think of a topic or resource that you would like to locate for a future lesson. • Search
