  2. 2007 • June Majority Vote conducted to decide the final choice (by AEIC) • October The 3rd AEIC meetingin Manila (hosted by CITEM) • November Questionnaire conducted to see the estimated number of booths required (by AEIC Sec.) • December Asking TPO’s request for the expert(s) (by AEIC) 2008 • January Seven TPOs made requests for dispatch of the expert(s) • February Guideline for the ATPF exhibitors distributed (by WLM Sec. & AEIC Sec.) • March Experts sent to TPOs (by WLM Sec.) • April Start recruiting exhibitors (by each TPO) • September ATPF Joint Exhibition at Tokyo Int’l Gift Show 2008 Autumn Review the process to select the candidate exhibitions

  3. Participants: 103 companies, 15 TPOs • Venue: Tokyo Big Sight • Number of visitors (for TIGS 2009 autumn):196,316 • Business outcome (ATPF zone): approx. US$ 600million • Business negotiations: 3,949 • CS results from exhibitors: 83% • Number of stands (ATPF zone): 120 • Services provided for the ATPF exhibitors: Consultation, interpreters and Business Support Center • Concept: • “Touching upon Great Diversity of Asia” chosen as the concept idea for TIGS 2008 The 3rd Joint Exhibitionat the Tokyo Int’l Gift Show (TIGS)facts & figures
