  2. Expanding Expression Tool. What is it? The Expanding Expression Tool (EET), created by Sara Smith, is a simple multi-sensory approach to help students increase their oral and written language skills.

  3. Expanding Expression Tool. What is it? The Expanding Expression Tool (EET) kit helps to build both oral expression and written expression.

  4. Students quickly learn each symbol and consistently describe and define objects and items providing 6-7 details in an organized manner.

  5. For Green Group, students name the category or group the item belongs to. Expanding Expression Tool. The Code. It is a food.

  6. For Blue Do, students tell the function of an item or what one does with it. Expanding Expression Tool. The Code. You eat it.

  7. For What Does It Look Like? students describe the color, shape, and size of the item. Expanding Expression Tool. The Code. It is small, round and red.
