    2. Presentation in the class and have a comment about the performance.


III. Office Equipment

  • Brainstorm the office equipment.

  • Discuss their categories in pairs and put the words into the group.

  • Scan the two photocopier advertisements, and answer the questions.

    • Which machine has more special features?

    • Which advertisement includes a special offer?

    • How long is the offer available for?

  • Read the advertisements in more details in order to answer the multiple-choice questions.


III. Office Equipment

  • Vocabulary

  • Explain difficult points.

  • Work in pairs. Read the description of the tree people and decide which photocopier each person should buy. State the reasons.

III. Giving instructions

  • Listen to the tape and take notes. Then complete Anna’s notice.

  • Answer the questions based on the tape.

    • What does Anna want to know?

    • Why does the machine jam? And how can people deal with it?

    • What can people do if the motor overheats?

    • Is there anything to be careful about?

    • What will Anna do in order to keep anyone informed?

  • Work in a group of four to play the game.

  • Work in pairs. Give instructions on a tape recorder.
