  2. MapHere's a map of my country. I live in the city of Jihlava. The majority of people in my country live in a city.

  3. Capital CityThe capital city of my country is Prague. More than one million people live in Prague.

  4. ReligionIn my country, 59% of the citizens, including me, do not claim a religion. 26.8% are Roman Catholics.

  5. LanguageI speak the Czech language. Many young people in my country also speak German, Russian, or English as a second language.

  6. Ethnic GroupsI am Bohemian. Other ethnic groups in my country include Moravians, Slovaks, and many others including gypsies.

  7. SchoolI started school at age 6. I will go to grade school for 8 years. Then I have a choice of continuing my education at an academic, technical, art, or teacher training school and continuing on to college.

  8. FoodFor breakfast, I have coffee and rolls or bread with butter and jam. My lunch almost always has a hearty soup followed by a main dish with meat and potatoes or dumplings. For dinner, I'll eat pork roast, sauerkraut, and dumplings.

  9. Spare TimeJust like me, the people in my country love outdoor activities. I like to hike, camp, swim, garden, and ski. Many people enjoy soccer and tennis.
