  1. Mick Jain – An Investor Things to Keep in Mind While Riding a Cycle Cycling is a great way to exercise. It has become popular as it aids people in burning fat around the world. This has gone a long way to reducing the risk of developing a heart-related disease. But most people that engage in cycling do not know what and what not to do while cycling. This ignorance has led to a rise in cycling accidents. In order to combat most of these incidents, this could be easily prevented. Here are the things according to Mick Jain a cyclist should know while cycling Use your Helmet –Safety to yourself is the utmost responsibility. This is one of the most important aspects a cyclist needs to bear in mind. Ensure that you always wear your helmet and other safety gadgets as this guarantee the safety of the rider. Wearing a helmet and other safety gadgets should and always be taken seriously. Maintain the right track –Most cyclists would want to wobble in between cars and other moving vehicles. This is absolutely wrong. A cyclist should know that he needs to stay in his/her lane. Bike lanes are meant for cycles by the right-hand side of the road usually marked out by white lines and bike symbols. Adhere to traffic Rules –A cyclist should always know that as much as he/she is on the road, he/she is also equated to other road users and as such should be guided by all road laws as others. Strict adherence to traffic lights, signs, is a sure way to avoid accidents. Design the right fit –Every cyclist should know that their bike needs a fit. Cycles should work with local bike shops in order to create the right fit for the bike. This automatically reduces back pain as it gives you a right sitting posture, improve your performance over long- term ride, and no injury is caused. Avoid Rush hours –Rush hours are times when the road gets super busy and in this case, one may not even have the patience to notice what is on the road. If you are not in haste, it is advised waiting until the rush calms down. Make signals –Always ensure you make a signal by simply putting out your hands, this would help a lot to you and other road users.

  2. Be conversant with local cycle’s law –It is important to note that motorcycles laws differ as the state differs. Some state requires the use of helmets while others do not. Most state restricts cycle’s law based on age. States also have different rules for the use of side mirrors. A cyclist should ensure he/she knows the local rules for cycling. Make tight clothes your friend –Tight clothes while cycling is the best. This keeps your body cool and cuts down on the drag. You should never comprise wearing loose cloth to cycle especially when you are in for a long ride. Avoid cycling at night –It’s not advisable to cycle at night but if for any pressing need you have to, use a reflective cloth. It makes you visible. Legally, it is required to use your front and back lights. Have patience –This is very important. When you are cycling and you are in doubt if you can still move on, just take a break. Stopover for a while. Cycling is a nice experience when you put your safety before you while on the go. To get a well-relaxed ride, make sure your cycle is in good shape before you set out.
