  2. Map of the new process IT System doesn’t deliver the grade until survey is completed E-mail sent to report survey availability on week 6 Faculty reinforces on the availability to the students - week 6 Students take the survey –Between week 6 & week 7, or opts out

  3. Implementation Plan • New web survey System test. • Cancel the old paper based system. • At the same time: full implementation for every faculty in every locations
