Fraud Statistics In 2010 There was a total of 7304 complaints from the state of Ohio. • Top Complaint Categories from Ohio • Non Delivery of Merchandise /Payment 21.6% • Identity Theft 13.6% • Auction Fraud 10% • Miscellaneous Fraud 8% • Credit Card Fraud 7.4% • Computer Crimes 7.2% • Advanced Fee Fraud 5.3% • FBI Scams 5% • SPAM 4.2% • Overpayment Fraud 3.7%
