  4. Glass: Collins glass • ½ oz. triple sec • ½ oz. light rum • ½ oz. gin • ½ oz. vodka • ½ oz. tequila • 1 oz. sour mix • Pour into glass with ice • Stir well or shake • Top off with cola • Garnish with lemon wedge Long Island Ice Tea

  5. Glass: Old fashioned • 1.5 oz. Vodka • ¾ oz. Kahlua coffee liqueur • ¾ cream • Pour over ice • Stir well White Russian

  6. 1.5 oz. tequila • ½ oz. triple sec • 1 oz. fresh lime juice • Pour into cocktail shaker with ice • Shake well • Salt the rim (if requested by customer) of chilled margarita glass • Pour with ice into glass • Garnish with the lime wedge Margarita

Build in a highball glass with ice • 3 oz. tomato juice • 1.5 oz. fresh lemon juice • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce • Celery salt • Ground pepper • Raw horseradish (use discretion on amount depending on what customer is asking for) • Mix by rolling • Garnish with celery stalk, lemon and lime wedge Bloody Mary

  8. 1.5 oz. Vodka • ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice • 1 tsp. sugar syrup • Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice • Shake well • Strain into cold cocktail glass • Garnish with lemon twist Lemon Drop

  9. Glass: Highball with ice • 4 oz. Orange juice • 2 oz. tequila • Pour into glass over ice • Stir • Pour ½ oz. Grenadine around inside of glass slowly • Garnish with orange and lime wedge Tequila Sunrise
