  4. Demographics • Webshop Authors • All women • 5 from Region 4 • 1 from Region 1 &8 • 1 from Region 2 &3

  5. Methodology • Conducted using GotoMeeting.com • 4 staff members participated using the audio feature • 1 staff member participated using the chat feature • 1 immersion team member served as a moderator • 7 immersion team members listened and took detailed notes

  7. Next Steps • Continue Development of Prototypes • Internal usability test (informal) • External usability test (formal with TTAC staff members) • Continued revision and iteration of prototypes
