  4. First reason why women ministries are needed: W Women are wired differently!

  5. For example: Generally speaking…

  6. For example: On the playground… And in the narthex…

  7. For example: In handling stress!

  8. In short: Women are wired differently! Rather than deny gender differences, let’s capitalize on them – to advance God’s kingdom!

  9. Second reason why women ministries are needed: W Women are wired differently! I Women are more inclined spiritually than men.

  11. Third reason why women ministries are needed: W Women are wired differently! I Women are more inclined spiritually than men. N Women need nurture. Volunteers who provide ministry also need to receive ministry.

  12. Women need nuture. The percentage of women who volunteer to help a church is declining. “Churches need to consider whether… they are providing sufficient opportunities for women to receive ministry and not just provide ministry to others.” (George Barna)

  13. Why women ministries? Because women… W - are wired differently. I - are more inclined spiritually. N - need nurture.
