Fifth PT63031 meeting held in Wilmington 17´th and 18´th of May 2017 • High-lights from the meeting:- The remaining 151 comments from London were treated by the PT: - Observations of 50 comments about the Normative Part and Technical Assessment were discussed and decided upon. - Observations of 101 comments about Annex A were treated by the Annex A sub-team prior to the meeting and published on the PT website for comments by the PT experts. The meeting decided to approve the Annex A sub-team observations.- The sub-teams presented their proposals of text for the CD2 - The meeting decided to publish a CD2 based on the definition decided in London in February 2017:”A material defined as Low Halogen shall contain less than 0,9 % (by mass) total elemental halogen (F,Cl, Br,I) and meet the thresholds of all halogenated substances in the IEC 62474 database.”

  7. Coming steps going to a CDV • The sub-team leader of Introduction and Normative Part has now come up with a proposal of a new definition based on the reporting thresholds of all halogenated substances in the IEC 62474 database, including criteria 1+2+3. • The sub-teams has prepared preliminary observations of the NC comments for their different parts of the document based on the proposal of definition from the sub-team of the Normative Part. • PT will make observations to the NC comments of the CD2. • A CDV will be created by the sub-teams following the decisions and observations taken in Tokyo.

  8. Coming meetings with PT63031 - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the 22´nd to the 24´th of May 2018 in Stockholm, Sweden- Preliminary in Busan, KR where the TC111 Plenary meeting will be held
