  3. LET’S START WITH A SAMPLE QUESTION… • You want to impress your neighbor with how much you know about Spanish foods and how to be a waiter/waitress. Why? Because she owns Sabór Latino, the most popular Spanish restaurant in New York City, and if you get a job waiting tables there, you can make up to $1,000 a night! And you get to meet tons of celebrities each and every night……you WANT that job! • So write a note to SeñoraMouriño telling her that you understand that she is looking for waiters/waitresses, the reasons for why you would love to work for her and why she should hire you. Make sure to talk about your personality and good traits, your skills with setting tables, the foods and drinks that might be served, and your knowledge of how to set a table for lunch and dinner (Sabór Latino does not serve breakfast.)
