  1. CSNav Milestone-Interest Profiler

  2. Have students log in to their CSNav account at: csnav.org . Click on “View Your Planning Milestones”.

  3. Locate “Interest Profiler and click on the link to the activity on the right side of the page.

  4. Next have students click on the “Get Started’ button to begin answering the questions.

  5. After completing the profiler, they will see a page that displays their top career interest areas based on their responses. They may click on View Careers or on a title to the right in the “Interest Ranking area to view careers that match the specific area.

  6. The next page shows the number of careers and display a table with careers, education level, national earnings average, the related career clusters and interest categories.

  7. The student may click on a career to continue researching then add it to their portfolio by clicking the link on the left side of the page.

  8. To make sure they received the completion check for the “Interest Profiler” milestone click the Home icon at the top of the page. Then click “View Your Planning Milestones”. Note:Careers that were saved to the student’s portfolio will appear as a number in the saved career milestone .
