  1. NBFC DOCUMENTATION • CREATE NBFC COMPANY IN ACCOUNTS AS PER SCREEN SHOWN BELOW • CREATE NBFC FAMILY IN ACCOUNTS AS PER SCREENS SHOWN BELOW • OPEN NBFC BENEFICIARY IN DEMAT • OPEN NBFC PLEDGE BENIFICARY IN DEMAT Note: POA Clients can be NBFC Clients but NBFC clients has to be POA Compulsory

  2. Accounts-BSE-Master-Company List Click on New Company for creating NBFC company in accounts

  3. Accounts-BSE-Master-Company List Input company code as NBFC – company name can be inputted as per requirement and group code as group1 And fill rest of details

  4. Accounts-BSE-Master-Family Group • Input family code- NBFC • Tick on funds transfer allow – so that the funds of this family can be transfer from on segment to another • Ticking on family wise net payment No for this family only

  5. Trading-BSE-Master-Client Master In client Modify option Select Family Group NBFC for NBFC clients and Mark delivery type as 2-to client

  6. In client summary option- select NBFC client yes Set NBFC cash multiplier – for giving allowable limit against the deposit recd in nbfc NBFC Scrip Multiplier – For giving allowable limit against stock recd from client

  7. Demat-BSE-Masters-Beneficiary DP-Catalog Open NBFC beneficiary with NBFC code compulsory in beneficiary DP catalog

  8. Demat-BSE-Masters-Beneficiary DP-Catalog Open NBFC Pledge beneficiary with Pledge_NBFC code compulsory in beneficiary DP catalog

  9. Input NBFC pledge account code in system settings as per the screen shown above

  10. For Interest Calculation-Define interest percentage in client master

  11. To define haircut % in scrip’s for NBFC individually as circled below For importing haircut through importing file-file format should be scrip code and percentage in csv format as below Scrip code percentage Eg - 500325 10 500410 15

  12. Demat- BSE- Vouchers- Beneficiary voucher entry Deposit received as stock has to be inputted manually in NBFC beneficiary inward as shown above Note deposit recd in cash to be entered as receipt in NBFC segment

  13. Accounts-NBFC-Reports2-report no 166- NBFC Analysis This report gives branch wise- family wise-client wise- Net debit and Net credit along with cash segment and NBFC segment debit / credit separately

  14. Accounts-NBFC-Reports2-report no 166- NBFC Analysis This is a summary funding report for NBFC which shows clients net debit and credit in debit and credit columns respectively along with exchange wise net balance along with NBFC funding amount

Accounts-NBFC-Vouchers-NBFC Fund Transfer Input NBFC bank code select here the segment to which the funds are to be transferred Select the option as per Debit / credit transfer required Input Cash bank code Considering multiplier yes will allow to transfer only required debit or final amount arrived through multiplier which ever is less as per example shown below

Accounts-NBFC-Vouchers-NBFC Fund Transfer on selecting cash Dr Trf (all dr) in the above screen it shows that client having debit in cash segment of Rs- 174661.44 is allowed up to that amount only through nbfc funds transfer from nbfc company even though the amount in other deposit (This amount is derived on the basis of cash multiplier i.e. cash credit + stock multiplier i.e. value of stock lying in NBFC beneficiary) that is the amount of cash segment debit or other deposit amount whichever is less

Accounts-NBFC-Vouchers-NBFC Fund Transfer Clicking on check button after selecting various clients will show the total amount so that it can be transferred through one cheque from NBFC bank to Cash Bank • click in check box for those clients whose funds are required to be transferred from NBFC to cash segment as per selection • Pressing transfer balance button will Pass two different entries in both the companies • Bank Payment entries will be passed on the selected voucher date for clients (for each client respectively) in NBFC company in bank selected • Bank receipt entry in cash segment will be passed in the bank selected for the same clients and same amount for those whose payment entry has be passed in NBFC bank Note:- Entry if want to be deleted has to be deleted from both the companies individually

  19. Accounts-BSE-Reports1-Party details The above screen shows the corresponding receipt entry in client on behalf of the payment made by NBFC to client

Demat-BSE-Vouchers-NBFC Ben Posting For Demat effect i.e. Payout Process After payout (if direct payout then directly do the below process but if pool payout than first transfer the shares from pool to clients beneficiary a/c and then do the above process) Through the above process a file will be generated which you have to forward it to your DP (for transferring the shares from POA clients Beneficiary to NBFC beneficiary) so that the shares which have been credited through payout in POA clients Beneficiarywill be transferred from their account to NBFC beneficiary (i.e. NBFC company’s a/c). A soft copy will be generated as per the screen shown below after the above process

  21. Demat-BSE-Vouchers-NBFC Ben Posting On uploading the above soft copy in DP the clients shares will be transferred to NBFC beneficiary account

Demat-BSE-Vouchers-Beneficiary Transfer Pledging of shares can be done through the above option Select NBFC in from account and NBFC_PLEDGE in to account, define execution date Input client code / Scrip code in client / Scrip option for viewing of single client or scrip Approved scrip – If required than only tick on the respective option If required quantity to be filled in the clear quantity box automatically by system than select auto fill quantity yes and if want to be inputted manually than select no in auto fill quantity After processing instructions can be generated as shown below

Desk Top-Demat-Off Market Instructions from Beneficiary Select the execution date which was inputted as the time of Beneficiary Transfer Select from beneficiary in beneficiary list Input serial no – that is instruction slip book number Select the required file format for soft copy generation through file format option and generate file

  25. Desk Top-Demat-Off Market Instructions from Beneficiary Soft along with instructions will be generated as per the above screen

Demat-BSE / NSE-Reports2-Obligation Reports- Report no 914-IO Payin Report II Through this report we can view the sale obligation of NBFC clients by selecting NBFC family in family code option, select nature beneficiary for viewing only stock available in beneficiary, select beneficiary for specific beneficiary as per the example shown above

Demat-BSE / NSE-Reports2-Obligation Reports- Report no 914-IO Payin Report II In this report sell obligation of client along with available qty in the respective beneficiary, required qty, and available credit qty. from this report how much qty is to be released from pledge and other beneficiary

Demat-BSE /NSE-Vouchers-Pledge Release For pledge release from NBFC Pledge Account select Pledge_NBFC in from a/c and select NBFC beneficiary in to a/c, tick on with sale obligation if want to release as per sale obligation, input settlement number for which shares has to released as per the screen shown above

  29. Desktop-Demat-Off market instruction from ben After pledge release process instructions has to be generated from the screen shown below

Demat-BSE-Vouchers-NBFC Ben to Client • Through this option shares can be transferred to the respective clients beneficiary account • Sell – represents sale obligation of clients • Rec.- represents shares recd against obligation • NBFC Qty- Shows quantity available in NBFC beneficiary • Transfer qty – shows Qty transferable

  32. Demat-BSE-Vouchers-NBFC Ben to Client After process file will be generated which has to be uploaded in DP so that shares can be released from client Beneficiary at the time of POA instructions generation

  33. Demat-BSE-Reports2-Report no 920-In Transit stock Value This reports gives us information about the value of stock in transit and available in beneficiary as per the example shown below

  34. Demat-BSE-Reports2-Report no 920-In Transit stock Value This report show in transit stock quantity appearing with (-) sign is sale in transit and quantity appearing without (-) is buy in transit

Accounts-NBFC-Reports2-NBFC Reports-report no 158- NBFC detail Report This is a detail report giving information about shares lying in beneficiary along with closing price, amount, percentage of haircut as per defined in scrip master, and price after haircut, and net amount with haircut And the ledger column shows the debit amount of client in NBFC company

  36. Accounts-NBFC-Vouchers-NBFC Fund Transfer Before giving payout to clients please go through the above process on selecting cash Cr Trf (Req) client having credit balance in cash segment and Debit in NBFC will appear as per the above screen.

Accounts-NBFC-Vouchers-NBFC Fund Transfer • click in check box for those clients whose funds are required to be transferred to NBFC from cash segment as per selection • Pressing transfer balance button will Pass two different entries in both the companies • Bank Payment entries will be passed on the selected voucher date for clients (for each client respectively) having credit in BSE_CASH in the selected bank • Bank receipt entry in NBFC company will be passed in the bank selected for the same clients and same amount for those whose payment entry has be passed in Cash segment bank

Accounts-NBFC-Vouchers-Daily Process This shows the last date of process done before Interest calculation Input date and select interest calculation Through this process interest on daily basis will be levied on the client outstanding debit amount Note: opening of account code dailyinterst (as shown above) is required for doing process

Accounts-NBFC-Reports2-NBFC reports- Report no 362- NBFC Detail Rpt II This report shows margin shortfall amount as per the percentage inputted in the above margin short per column before generating the report FA Comp. Code- through this option companies can be selected other than NBFC company for taking their balance in consideration of short margin call if no selection is made than it will take all the companies as per the screen shown below
