Security Concerns • Locations are on ground floor with several near freeway entrance ramps. • Employees accessing network from public locations. • Customers entering their data over the Internet. • Server Security & Data Backup. • Ability to ensure to customer that their personal & financial data will be secure using our system.

  4. Software Package • Specific User rights depending upon user & group. • Web integration for customers to fill out application and view status. • Assignment of broker office depending upon location (zipcode, etc.). • Centralized database at home office which will be accessed via network and remotely.

  5. Training & Support • Software training to employees & management. • Remote on going training to employees. • Secure support via remote access to system by highly trained technicians. • Documentation will be provided to McBride for training & support.
