  3. SCIENCE and RESEARCH CENTRE of CHEMISTRY, AGROCHEMISTRY and ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION “AGROPHOS” was founded in 1992 on initiative of a group of experts and specialists dealing with chemistry and agrochemistry. Now  AGROPHOS is an enterprise manufacturing chemical agents used in agriculture and environment protection, offering services and research on waste management and waste processing, analytics of environmental samples, expertises and environmental impact assessments. AGROPHOS Centre engages outstanding specialists and interdisciplinary panels of experts for projects carried out for diversity of clients such as commercial, state and private enterprises. There are also universities and scientific institutes among AROPHOS customers, both national and foreign ones. GENERAL INFORMATION

  9. AGROPHOS staff members participated in variety of works focused on quality management: • accreditation procedure of the Department of Chemistry of the Wroclaw University of Technology, evaluating the quality management and the whole system of education, • developing and presenting short courses for different target groups, focused on quality management, • participating in the process of restructuring the whole system of education introducing new curricula and two stage studies at the Department of Chemistry, • developing and introducing credits based on European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) which was the first system at the whole University allowing recognition studies during international exchange of students. •  participating in the European Management Project for Bosnia and Hercegovina using their experience in quality management to evaluate the project results. For the purpose of this project quality reports are elaborated focusing on the quality of the activities carried out and recommendations for university reforms in BIH that should be implemented.
