  2. Get a partner! • Get a partner • You will be working on a mini-filming assignment together • Make sure everyone has a partner, don’t leave any one out! • When you get a partner, sit together and wait for instructions • Thank you!

  3. Today! • Partner? • Put your names on the paper • Before we film we need to learn a few things

  4. Camera • How to keep the camera steady • Turning the camera on and off • Put the camera on the picture setting • Responsibility • Write camera number at the top of your paper when you get it

  5. Filming! • You will film or take pictures of the different shot styles on your sheet • Each person will film once and then switch, then the other person will film • What are you filming?

  7. Ready to film? • Line up in the hall with your partner • We will go out to the commons area • Make sure you are within Mrs. Lyon’s sight at all times • If we have extra time we will go outside to film too!

  9. Get Ready! • Take out two pieces of paper and something to write with • Bell Work #2: • 1) What does a story need to have for it to be a ‘good’ story? • 2) What do you enjoy most about watching a movie? • Be ready to share your answers with your table
